Senior Product Designer, Agentic UX/UI
Own the product experience across RaiseDesk, turning complex fundraising workflows into a simple, intuitive interface designed for an agentic product.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define how RaiseDesk should work and feel as we build the product. You will become deeply familiar with the RaiseDesk user journey, product architecture and development philosophy, then translate that into interfaces that are clear, intuitive and highly considered. This is a product design role, not simply a visual design role. You will help shape how users move through the platform, how information appears when it becomes relevant, how AI-led actions are presented, and where the founder should review, approve or make decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own UX and UI design across the core RaiseDesk product experience
- Turn complex fundraising workflows into simple, understandable user journeys
- Design interfaces for onboarding, investor discovery, outreach, approvals, inbox, progress and the fundraising workspace
- Define how users interact with AI-generated recommendations, actions and approvals
- Use progressive disclosure to surface information and controls when they become relevant
- Develop and evolve the RaiseDesk product design system
- Create detailed product flows, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready interface designs
- Work directly with the founder and engineering team from product concept through implementation
- Review implemented interfaces and maintain consistency as the product evolves
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional product design, UX/UI or digital product experience
- Strong experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products
- Excellent understanding of user journeys, interaction design and information hierarchy
- Strong visual and interface design skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience taking products from early concepts through production
- Proficiency with Figma and modern product design workflows
- Ability to simplify complex workflows without removing important context
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your own scope and priorities
Preferred
- Experience designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences
- Experience with early-stage or zero-to-one products
- Experience designing workflow-heavy platforms, CRMs or operating systems
- Understanding of responsive product design across desktop and mobile
- Experience working directly with engineers during implementation
- Interest in how AI is changing traditional SaaS interaction and navigation patterns
How we work
The team is small and entirely senior. There is no project manager and no formal onboarding program. You will be given context and outcomes, and you will decide how to get there. RaiseDesk is designed around the idea that software should increasingly understand context, complete work and bring the user in when judgment, direction or approval is needed. We want someone who understands established SaaS design patterns but is comfortable challenging them when a simpler, more intelligent experience makes sense. This suits someone who enjoys thinking deeply about how a product should work, learns quickly and independently, and is comfortable making product decisions alongside the founder and engineering team.
Location
This role is fully remote and initially part-time. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada and perform the work from within Canada.
