Cookie Policy
The cookies and browser storage currently used on the RaiseDesk website.
1. Overview
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The website also uses local and session storage. We use these technologies to support essential site features, protect forms, and keep admin users signed in. This policy describes the current marketing website; a future RaiseDesk product may have additional technologies.
2. Waitlist storage
After a successful waitlist submission, the website uses an essential cookie named rd_waitlist_entry to recognize your entry when you add or remove optional context. It also stores a local browser indicator that you joined the waitlist and a session token so the same browser can update your entry. Clearing browser data may remove that local state.
3. Admin authentication
Authorized RaiseDesk administrators use authentication cookies to maintain a secure CMS session and complete two-factor authentication. These cookies are needed for admin access and are not used to advertise to visitors.
4. Form protection and infrastructure
The waitlist may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. Our hosting and security providers may process technical request data or set cookies needed for delivery, security, and fraud prevention.
5. Analytics and advertising
The current website does not set cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising. If we add non-essential analytics or similar tracking, we will update this policy and provide any required choice before using it.
6. Your choices
You can delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent admin sign-in or the waitlist from remembering your entry. You can still read public pages without signing in.
7. Changes and contact
