Terms for using the RaiseDesk website, waitlist, and Careers application features.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern use of raisedesk.io and its current public features, including the waitlist and Careers pages. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. A future RaiseDesk product may have additional terms presented when it becomes available.
2. Website information
The website provides information about RaiseDesk and an opportunity to request early access or apply for a role. Descriptions of planned capabilities may change. Nothing on this website guarantees product availability, access, investor interest, fundraising results, or a particular hiring outcome.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to use the website and provide information you have the right to submit. Information you provide through a form should be accurate and should not infringe the rights of another person. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless we expressly request it.
4. Your submissions
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including a resume, pitch deck, note, or recording. You give RaiseDesk permission to store, review, and use that content for the purpose for which you submitted it: assessing a waitlist request or Careers application, communicating with you, operating the website, and meeting applicable obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website to violate law, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, submit unlawful or harmful content, upload malicious files, interfere with site operation, probe security without authorization, scrape data without permission, or send spam through site features. We may reject or remove submissions that breach these Terms or create security or legal risk.
6. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is a request for consideration, not a promise of access. We may review submissions, prioritize invitations, change timelines, or discontinue the waitlist. Optional materials can help us understand your company but do not guarantee priority or an invitation.
7. Careers
A job posting is an invitation to apply, not an offer of employment or a commitment to hire. We may update or close a role at any time. Applications are reviewed according to our hiring needs and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The RaiseDesk name, branding, website design, and original site content belong to RaiseDesk or its licensors. You may view and use the website for its intended purposes. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the website or its intellectual property.
9. Third-party services
The website may link to or depend on third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites.
10. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Website content is general information and is not investment, legal, or financial advice.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RaiseDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
